BigBoard is operated as a free service by Digiscape Ltd, UK.

Information obtained

BigBoard stores activity data that is publicly available via Strava solely for the purpose of presenting the summary charts & tables on your dashboard. We do not further process activity data.

Basic information may be collected to analyse the number of visitors using the site to help us understand how users are using the tools provided. This information is for statistical purposes only and is not used to identify individuals.

Your rights and how long we keep data

Activity data is stored for as long as you have an active account. Deleting your account will delete all associated activity data and API access tokens.

You are free to revoke Strava data access at any time from within your Strava account page. BigBoard will automatically flag accounts that no longer have Strava access for review. After a period of inactivity these accounts and any stored data will deleted permantently.

Disclosure

We do not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information outside of the company, except where disclosure is required by law.
